Dr. Hua Luo is a leading researcher and practitioner in early childhood and nature-based education, with a strong focus on sustainability, environmental education, and teacher training. He earned his Doctor of Education in Science and Environmental Studies from The Education University of Hong Kong (2024), holds an MA in Leadership from UCL Institute of Education, and was an academic visitor at the University of Melbourne Graduate School of Education.
