Dr. Hua Luo is a leading researcher and practitioner in early childhood and nature-based education, with a strong focus on sustainability, environmental education, and teacher training. He earned his Doctor of Education in Science and Environmental Studies from The Education University of Hong Kong (2024), holds an MA in Leadership from UCL Institute of Education, and was an academic visitor at the University of Melbourne Graduate School of Education. Currently a Lecturer at the International Education School, Guangzhou College of Technology and Business, he is also the legal representative of Guangzhou Howard Education Consultancy Co., Ltd., guiding projects in nature campus design, teacher training, and curriculum development. Dr. Hua Luo has extensive experience managing forest school projects and implementing innovative nature education programs for children aged 2.5โ10 years. His research contributions, published in high-impact journals such as Early Years, Early Childhood Education Journal, and Journal of Cleaner Production, include studies on pro-environmental attitudes of educators, teacher environmental leadership, and sustainability in early childhood education. He has authored influential books and articles on forest school practices, nature education theory, and management of nature campus projects, establishing him as a leading voice in fostering childrenโs holistic development, environmental stewardship, and sustainability-focused education.
