Dr. Mohd Haizzan Yahaya earned his Ph.D. in Social Work from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2016. Prior to that, he obtained a Master of Social Work from USM in 2012 and a Bachelor’s in Administrative Science (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2010. His academic foundation also includes a Diploma in Public Administration from UiTM in 2017 and a Certificate in Housing Transition from the Hannan Foundation, USA, in 2014.
