Assist. Prof. Dr. Maria Grydaki is an accomplished Greek economist and Assistant Professor of Accounting and Finance at the Hellenic Mediterranean University, Crete, and Visiting Professor at the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics (cum laude) from the University of Macedonia, Greece, alongside an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Economics. Her career spans notable academic appointments at the University of Stirling (UK), University of Groningen, Utrecht School of Economics, Maastricht University, and the University of Crete. Her research interests include international macroeconomics, finance, corporate finance, international trade, development, and applied econometrics.
