Dr. Mohannad Mhanna is an Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering at Tishreen University in Latakia, Syria. Dr. Mhanna earned his PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Lille1 Sciences et Technologies, France, in 2012. His research, supervised by Prof. Isam Shahrour, focused on traffic-induced ground vibrations and the efficiency of vibration reduction systems. He also holds a Master 2 in Research from Polytech-Lille (2008), a Master 1 in Research from Tishreen University (2007), and an Engineering degree from Tishreen University (2005).
Dr. Mhanna’s career in academia spans over a decade, beginning as a Research Assistant at Polytech-Lille and progressing to a Lecturer at Tishreen University.
