Prof. Dr. Hua Li is a globally recognized authority in viticulture and enology, currently serving as Lifetime Honorary Dean at Northwest A&F University. He pioneered grape and wine engineering in China, establishing the country’s first viticulture and enology major and Asia’s first enology college.
