Dr. Pingdong Lin is an Assistant Research Fellow at the Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China. He holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Fujian Normal University, along with master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Pharmaceutical Analysis and Food Science and Engineering from the Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. His research focuses on the extraction and utilization of plant functional components, the development of green feed additives, and the application of Chinese herbal medicine to promote health and immunity in poultry farming. Before his current role, he gained valuable experience as a postdoctoral fellow and research assistant at leading institutions, including the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Dr. Pingdong Lin has authored several peer-reviewed publications in international journals and holds a national invention patent. His innovative and interdisciplinary research contributes significantly to sustainable animal nutrition and veterinary biotechnology.
