👩‍🔬 Dr. Ying Xiao’s academic journey is marked by a relentless pursuit of innovation in energy materials. She obtained her Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Beijing Institute of Technology, delving into nanomaterials for energy applications. Her postdoctoral research at BUCT-CWRU Intersectional Joint Laboratory and Hanyang University focused on catalyst design for energy storage devices and advanced electrodes for Na-ion and Li-ion batteries, respectively. 🧪 Prior to that, she earned her M.S. in Inorganic Chemistry from Henan Normal University, specializing in the controlled synthesis of hollow rare earth nanomaterials. With a B.S. in Chemistry Education, she laid the foundation for her illustrious career. 🎓

🏆 Dr. Ying Xiao’s dedication and academic excellence have garnered numerous accolades throughout her career. In 2015, she was recognized as an Outstanding Graduate and received the prestigious Excellent Doctoral Dissertation award from Beijing Institute of Technology. 🎓 The preceding years saw her shine brightly with achievements such as the “PANVA” scholarship, National Graduate Scholarship, and acknowledgment as an Outstanding Graduate. 🌟 She was also honored with scholarships from the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and Kingfa Science and Technique in 2013 and 2012, respectively.
