Dr. Rosina Sheburah Essien’s academic journey reflects her passion for understanding and addressing environmental challenges. π She earned her PhD in Geography and Environmental Studies from Stellenbosch University, South Africa, where she delved into pressing issues of urban development. Prior to her doctoral studies, she obtained an MPhil in Development Geography from the University of Bergen, Norway, further honing her expertise in geographical perspectives on development. Her academic foundation was laid at the University of Ghana, Legon, where she completed a BA in Geography & Resource Development/Archaeology, nurturing her interest in exploring the relationship between human societies and their environments. ππ
