Mr. Alper Mitincik is an accomplished software engineer and researcher with extensive expertise in Java, Python, SQL, and scalable data-driven applications. He has led significant projects, including a national cloud storage system and one of the largest Turkish-language crawling-based search engines, demonstrating exceptional skills in search engine architecture, Elasticsearch optimization, ranking algorithms, and large-scale data pipelines.
