Ms. Malmi Wickramasinghe is a dedicated researcher in Food Science and Technology, holding a First-Class BSc (Hons) degree from Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka and currently completing her MPhil in Food Science and Technology at the University of Peradeniya.
